Pre-order cancellation policy
This policy applies to pre-orders of physical goods placed with Jakes Breaks Ltd at www.jakesbreaks.co.uk.
Payments and availability
The amount payable when ordering, and the timing of any remaining payment, will be shown before you complete your purchase. Pre-orders are for goods awaiting release or availability.
Estimated release dates may change. If we cannot meet the stated dispatch timeframe, we will tell you about the delay, provide an updated estimate where available, and explain your cancellation and refund options. If we cannot supply your item, we will refund payments made for that item.
How to cancel
To cancel, send a clear statement to sales@jakesbreaks.co.uk or telephone 01158 700 053. Include your name and order number if available. You can also write to Jakes Breaks Ltd, 56 High Road, Beeston, Nottingham, NG9 2JP.
For eligible online purchases by UK consumers, the cancellation right normally runs from placing the order until 14 days after receiving the goods. You do not need our prior approval to exercise this right.
Refunds and returns
If you validly cancel before dispatch, we will refund payments for the cancelled goods without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. Any future payment for those cancelled goods will also be cancelled.
If goods have already been dispatched, our Refund Policy explains the return process, return costs, refund timing and any lawful deduction for excessive handling. Statutory cancellation rights continue after dispatch. Where applicable, refunds include the standard outward delivery charge.
Refunds will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
Your rights
A product being a pre-order does not automatically make it non-refundable. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods and late delivery.
