In-stock orders

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. Orders placed at weekends will usually be dispatched on Monday, or the next working day when Monday is a bank holiday.

This is a dispatch target, not a promise that your parcel will arrive within 48 hours.

All orders are packed carefully using protective materials.

Pre-orders

The 48-hour dispatch target does not apply to products awaiting release or stock arrival.

Pre-order availability and estimated dispatch information will be provided before purchase. Manufacturer release dates can change and are not automatically the date your order will arrive.

If we cannot meet the stated dispatch timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate where available and explain your cancellation and refund options. If we cannot supply an item, we will refund payments made for that item.

If you need an in-stock item before a pre-order becomes available, please order it separately or contact us before ordering.

Delivery options and charges

Available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Carrier transit estimates run from dispatch. Please allow for order-processing time as well. Any specific delivery date expressly agreed with you still applies.

Channel Islands

Delivery costs and service options are the same as our UK options. Delivery times to the Channel Islands may differ from UK mainland estimates.

Delays, missing parcels and damage

Contact us if your order is overdue, missing or arrives damaged. Include your order number and details of the problem. Photographs of damage and packaging can help us investigate.

We will investigate with the delivery provider and arrange the appropriate remedy. Carrier delays do not remove your statutory rights.

For UK consumer orders, goods must be delivered within 30 days unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, such as for a pre-order.

Cancellations and returns

Please see our Refund Policy and Pre-order Cancellation Policy for cancellation, return and refund information. Nothing in this shipping policy limits your statutory rights.
